This information applies if you order as a consumer, that is, for a purpose that is mainly outside your trade, business or profession.

Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period will expire after 14 days from the day of the conclusion of the contract.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Julius Elias Gebler, Buckelwiesen 7, 82481 Mittenwald, Germany, email: hello@bundlethemes.com, phone: +49 176 76628871) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or an email). You may use the attached model withdrawal form, but it is not obligatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Effects of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.

Expiry of the right of withdrawal

The bundle consists of digital content that is not supplied on a tangible medium. For such a contract the right of withdrawal expires once we have begun performing the contract after you

– have expressly agreed that we begin performing the contract before the withdrawal period has expired,
– have confirmed your knowledge that, by giving this consent, you lose your right of withdrawal once performance begins, and
– we have provided you with a confirmation of the contract that records this consent and your confirmation (§ 356 (5) of the German Civil Code, BGB).

In the order form we ask for this consent in a separate mandatory field. Its wording is: “I expressly agree that bundlethemes begins performing the contract before the withdrawal period has expired. I am aware that I lose my right of withdrawal once performance begins.”

We begin performance by making the download available to you right after the payment has arrived. You receive the confirmation of the contract, with the wording and the time of your consent, in the confirmation email. With that, your right of withdrawal has expired.

Without this consent we cannot make the download available right away; that is why the order cannot be submitted without it.
